Black Wheels

In the stylish top end of high profile cars, one of the areas of customization that some owners look to is that of the wheels. Black wheels in particular can give your car a more edgy, dark look without the flair of the chrome. In some night club areas this darkness is favored and it seems more cool and chill.

Some black cars that are going for a solid look will choose to invest in black wheels. The choice is made almost purely on the aesthetics of the piece, because the tires that are placed on the wheels are completely different, and the geometry behind the wheel has not changed. The same angle between the inner and outer rims exists, and the surface is to be smooth. Since, the black is painted on these wheels are normally steel, and meant for high profile, or small amounts of air/rubber tires with a larger diameter center.

Because these black wheels are customized, or at least produced in limited factory quantities you can expect to easily pay upwards of 150 dollars per wheel, unless you have discounts. The price or worth of the wheel is determined by the producer in accords with what they deem to be stylish and desirable, with the more popular wheels gaining new prestige and price in their catalogue. It is recommended that you inspect wheels before accepting them for a factory of elsewhere, to be sure there is no fault in the manufacturing or corrosion to the paint in the transportation process.
